There are SO many baby products out there – and from experience, some are definitely better than others. Quality is better for some, but also just use – some things get used much more than others do overall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When we had our first son, we got so<\/em> much stuff – between baby showers and also just overbuying ourselves, we obviously had no real idea of what we would want and need. One thing I found is that every baby is different, and they will not all use the same products, but here are some of my favorite go-to products that were helpful with both of our first two, and we plan on having these items ready for our third (due in 3.5 months!!). I have honed this list over the past 5 years, so I am happy with the final product, and I hope you find some helpful suggestions on here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n I have organized it into categories so it is easier to locate and shop for yourselves. And congratulations!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n All links below are clickable for the products, the photos will also take you to my LTK page so you can save the whole category of items easily!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Nursing & Feeding<\/p>\n\n\n\n This section has a lot of items for breastfeeding momma’s, but as someone who has been both a breastfeeding mom and a formula mom, I have options for both. The reality is that there is just a lot more accessories needed when you’re breastfeeding – so these are my favorites for either (or both) situations!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sleeping Essentials<\/p>\n\n\n\n Diaper Station<\/p>\n\n\n\n Essential Bigger Items<\/p>\n\n\n\n Clothing and Entertainment<\/p>\n\n\n\n Clothes<\/strong> \u2013 think ahead for at least 1 year. Put clothes on the registry for all ages up to 12 months. You will be so happy when the baby grows and you don\u2019t need to buy a whole new wardrobe. Shoes aren\u2019t really necessary until they are walking and can be bad for his feet too early. Socks<\/a><\/strong> are all you need for a while, if at all. Little hats<\/strong><\/a> are nice too depending on the weather.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Toys<\/strong> – They don’t need a lot when they’re little, but it’s nice to have things for them for the first year, so they can just play in the playpen, and entertain themselves. Plus, it helps with motor skill development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Books<\/strong> – it’s great to let them flip through books from a young age, and these touch and feel<\/a><\/strong> are some of my favorites to start with!
